CLEVELAND -- In Cleveland's first game with Larry Drew as the "acting" coach, the Cavaliers were firing on all cylinders. The Cavaliers showed an effort and attitude tonight that the league has yet to see from this young team.

The Cavaliers saw production from everyone tonight, as all five starters scored in the double digits. Most Notably, Rodney Hood had his best game as a Cavalier. Scoring a game high 26 points, Hood shot 9-13 from the field. Tristan Thompson provided energy throughout the entire game, as he recorded a double double , and had a career-high 4 steals. Cavaliers' rookie point guard Collin Sexton seemed to settle in tonight, scoring a career high 17 points.

For the first time all season, the Cavs played a complete game on both ends of the floor. The Cavs forced 22 turnovers, and outrebounded the Hawks 48-38.

Atlanta Hawks rookie Trae Young had himself a nice shooting night, scoring 24 points on 9-13 shooting, knocking down 3 out of 4 three pointers. Hawks' big man Alex Len was running the floor for most of the game, and was doing so at a high level. Len put up a season-high 22 points, and pulled in 9 boards.

The Cavaliers will look to continue their winning ways on Thursday, November 4th, versus the Denver Nuggets. Tip-off set for 7:00 pm at Quicken Loans Arena.
