CLEVELAND --  During the first quarter, The Cavaliers found themselves in a back and forth game. Both teams traded buckets throughout the entire quarter, each scoring 30 points. The Cavaliers 2nd quarter struggles continued tonight. The Indiana Pacers put up another 30 spot on the Cavs defense in the 2nd quarter, as the Cavs were looking at a 5-point deficit going into halftime.

The Pacers' lead remained at 5 points heading into the 4th quarter, and the Cavs were looking at a good chance to secure their first win of the 2018-2019 season, but the Pacers had other ideas. The Cavaliers found themselves turning the ball over consistently in the 4th quarter, which led to a double digit lead for the Indiana Pacers. Once the Pacers had gotten a comfortable lead, they never looked back, cruising to a 12 point victory.

With Kevin Love missing his 2nd consecutive game, the Cavaliers needed somebody to step up on the offensive end of the floor. That person ended up being Rodney Hood, who led all Cavaliers in scoring with 17 points. Larry Nance Jr. provided a much needed spark off of the bench, recording his first double-double of the season, scoring 15 points and pulling down 12 rebounds.

Coming off of a 20 point win against the Spurs, the Indiana Pacers offense continued their dominance. Bojan Bogdanovic had the hot hand in the Pacers lineup tonight, leading all scorers with 25 points on 10-14 shooting from the field. Victor Oladipo was not far behind, scoring 24 points on 10-15 shooting. Domantas Sabonis was the Pacers spark plug tonight, putting up an impressive statline of 21 points, 15 rebounds, and 5 assists.

The Cleveland Cavaliers are officially off to their worst start since starting 0-7 in the 1995-1996 season, and are desperate for a win. After a few much needed off days, the Cavaliers will look to earn their first win on the season on Tuesday, October 30th, against the Atlanta Hawks at Quicken Loans Arena. Tip-off is set for 7:00 PM.
