(Cleveland) - Cleveland Division of Police are investigating a multiple shooting and homicide that took place both inside and outside of an East side bar, very early Friday morning.
The establishment is 'The Drink,' which is located at East 131st street and Crennell Avenue. Cleveland police were called at just after 2am. When they arrived at the scene, they found a critically injured 25 year old man, and a second man who had been shot in the hand. The 25-year-old was transported to a hospital and was there pronounced dead. He has not yet been identified.
The incident involved several people, according to bar employees, and began as a series of fistfights inside the bar. Police say a dozen shell casings were found at the outside scene, leading them to believe other people were shot and were able to escape the scene. A trail of blood evidence stretched the entire block. No arrests have been made.
