(Cleveland)- An infamous Cleveland Rapist has been found dead in jail. Ronnie Shelton was serving a 3,000 year sentence on 200 counts of rape. He stalked and frightened women on the west side of Cleveland in the late 1980's. Shelton was found dead at Grafton Correctional Institute 8:30 p.m. Wednesday night after an apparent suicide.
