(Cleveland) - East 9th street and Superior Avenue in downtown Cleveland was closed this morning, after a tour bus hit an elderly pedestrian, killing him. As of this writing, that victim has not been identified by Cleveland police. He is either in his 80s or 90s and, according to witnesses at the scene, may have been homeless. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver did not appear to be impaired and no criminal charges are being filed at this time.
