(Cleveland) -- Rising temperatures and humidity in northeast Ohio will cause problems for people who have trouble breathing. The region's air pollution watchdog has issued an Air Quality Advisory for ground-level ozone, or smog. Drivers are urged to carpool and avoid refueling until tonight. Children and the elderly are asked to take it easy, indoors, today.
