(Cleveland, OH) -- Carlos Carrasco fired seven strong innings to lead the Indians past the Brewers 3-1 at Progressive Field. Carrasco struck out 10 while giving up just one run as he moved to 7-and-4 with the victory.
Cody Allen recorded the final four outs for his 11th save.
Jose Ramirez doubled in the go-ahead run during a three-run fifth inning for the Tribe, which swept the brief two-game series.
Travis Shaw singled in the lone run in the third inning for Milwaukee, which lost its third straight. Chase Anderson yielded all three runs in four-and-a-third frames as he fell to 4-and-5.
