Warren County authorities want to know who's using an under-construction house as their personal toilet. Clearcreek Township Police, in southwest Ohio, say a man and woman were caught on surveillance video entering the Country Brook home, going upstairs and defecating on the floor. Detectives say it's happened four times over the past two weeks.
