(Cleveland) -- Cleveland police are looking for a missing east side man. Detectives say 71-year-old Charles Blackmon was last seen yesterday leaving his Ambleside Drive home. Blackmon suffers from dementia and a heart condition. He's black, standing five-feet-one-inch tall and 135 pounds, wearing a green St. Edward High School hoodie.
