Money May Go To Effort To Locate Possible Aliens

(Washington) - There is a proposal that would earmark cash for the study of aliens.  A NASA spending bill that's headed before the House and Senate would make available $10 million for alien-hunting.

The cash would be set aside for the search for technosignatures, such as radio transmissions.  'The Atlantic' reports the money would be made available for the next two years.

It is not believed the money set aside would do much for the effort but there's apparently a desire to see what, if anything, may be out there.
