(Cleveland) -- Dozens of lawsuits filed against University Hospitals will be heard by a single judge. A Cuyahoga County judge ruled yesterday to consolidate the cases, finding the lawsuits have common issues. The ruling does not make the case a class-action against the hospital for the loss of four-thousand eggs and embryos in a fertility clinic malfunction.
