Cavaliers & fans are ready for the playoffs

(Cleveland) - Most fans seem confident the Cavaliers will do well in the playoffs, and might even win a championship this year.

Others caution that the Cavs are not as good as last year's team with Kyrie Irving, and might have to rely far too much on LeBron James to be successful.

The Cavaliers are gearing up for Fan Fest with the playoffs set to begin.

Cavs executive Tracy Marek says once again there will be free activities on the plaza outside Quicken Loans Arena along with jumbo TVs, food, and live entertainment during all home games.

The Cavs will also conduct "Black Outs" on the first home game of every playoff series.

Fans are encouraged to wear black, and FirstEnergy will be providing black t-shirts.

When the Cavs are on the road, the "Q" will be open for fans to watch the game on the Humongotron along with all the regular home game activities, for a $5 ticket that will go to charity.

Road game tickets go on sale Friday morning at 10.
