Suspect In Miriam Johnson's Murder Arrested By U.S. Marshals

CLEVELAND- U.S. Marshals with the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force captured the man wanted for the murder of Miriam Johnson.

The mother of four's body was found in a trash can behind a vacant Chamberlain Avenue home last week. She had been shot in the head and had multiple stab wounds

The task force arrested 35-year-old Yaphet Bradley near Shaker Square last night around 6:30. 

Marshals say Bradley rammed one of their vehicles in an attempt to flee. He was taken into custody along with a 25-year-old woman with outstanding warrants for felony drug possession in Parma.

Bradley is being held on charges of aggravated murder and abuse of a corpse. 

According to Cleveland Heights Police say he will appear in court sometime next week.
