(Cleveland) - The financial package has been set up for Greater Cleveland's second project to build a processing center for Amazon where a shopping mall once stood.
The Port of Cleveland has approved issuance of 113 million dollars in bonds for the construction of Amazon's processing center at the site of the former Euclid Square Mall.
The online retailer will pay back the bonds over 21 years. It's a similar setup to the financing for Amazon's processing center, under construction at the old Randall Park Mall site in North Randall.
The North Randall building will have about two thousand jobs and there'll be about a thousand more in Euclid.
