(Cleveland) -- Couples who trusted University Hospitals with their frozen embryos are preparing to go to court. Attorneys for at least one couple say they're filing a class-action lawsuit against the hospital. UH officials say more than two-thousand eggs and embryos in their fertility lab were destroyed last week when a liquid nitrogen tank failed.
