On Monday, May 13, the Cleveland Indians fell in the nightcap of a traditional doubleheader 7-0 at the hands of the New York Yankees at Progressive Field. The Tribe won the first game of the twin bill 1-0 behind Justin Masterson’s complete game shutout. Right-hander Trevor Bauer pitched in the second game of the twin bill, but was handed the loss despite going six-plus innings only allowing just six hits and three runs. The young righty only walked two; a big improvement from his last time out. Bauer met with WTAM 1100 Indians reporter Nick Camino and other members of the media to talk about his latest outing, going back-and-forth between MLB and Triple-A Columbus and his continued improvement.
