The Massachusetts DCF runs away with their tale between their legs after some strong words from legislators.

The news came after 16 state legislators drafted a resolution in an attempt to strip Justina’s custodial rights from the DCF.

“DCF is an agency in disarray,” said state Rep. Marc Lambardo, the Massachusetts state legislator who authored the resolution. “This is an administration that has been built on a lack of transparency and patronage.”

So the good news is that Justina will be returned to her home in Connecticut and treatment will resume at Tufts, which caused her parents to lose custody of her to begin with.

Remember this story. The government will only be more bold next time.
