For the second straight year, and third time in four years the Cavs have won the NBA's Draft Lottery.

The Cavs had just a 1.7 percent chance of winning the number one overall pick while the team with the best odd's was the Milwaukee Bucks with a 25 percent chance of winning.

Kansas SG Andrew Wiggins, and fellow Jayhawk Joel Embliid who plays Center, along with Duke's Jabari Parker have all been mentioned as being the 1st pick.
