Lebron James scored 25 points in the 1st quarter and ended with 43 for the game to lead the Heat to a hard earned victory over the Cavaliers 100-96 at the Q on Tuesday.

Six Cavs scored in double digits led by Jarrett Jack's 22 and Anderson Varejao scored 16 points and added 11 rebounds. Dion Waiters got the start for injured guard Kyrie Irving and played well scoring 17 points and 11 assists. 

The Cavaliers committed 20 turnovers that led to 26 points and shot 31% from three, but crushed the heat inside by out scoring them in the paint 44-24 and also had the rebounding edge 41-36.

Oklahoma City and Kevin Durant come to town Thursday night to play the Cavs.
