The Browns held their final practice of the week before they face the Steelers this Sunday. Here are a few notes from my day in Berea. -Joe Haden has practiced all week and is expected to play this Sunday after missing last week with an oblique injury. -TJ Ward is still heated about his $20,000 fine for his hit late in the Dallas game. He is appealing the fine and hopes to at least have the amount lowered. -Buster Skrine who was a part of that violent collision has participated in practice the last two days and expects to play as well. Skrine was flabbergasted as well that Ward was fined because he thought he took the brunt of the hit. Skrine said this was his first concussion and he explained as a feeling of blacking out, then waking up. -there has been much talk about the team handing out white flags this Sunday and when D’Qwell Jackson was asked about them he simply said that he and the team do not like the idea at all. When Phil Dawson was asked he said that his mother always told him that if you don’t have anything nice to say then don’t say anything.
