St. Patrick’s Day is around the corner!

  • Our Clean and Safe ambassadors play a crucial role on the holiday.
  • Ambassadors enhance security, clean up debris, and provide directions to visitors, residents, and workers on all days but especially on days when we have over 200,000 people coming downtown!
  • Don’t miss the Cleveland St. Patrick’s Day Parade starting at 2:04 pm this year!
  • Ambassadors will be stationed at all major intersections of the parade route and will follow the parade to Public Square to clean up after the festivities and provide a welcoming environment for all!
  • You can access ambassador services seven days a week year-round by calling 216-621-6000

Downtown Cleveland’s Outreach Efforts

  • In addition to our Clean and Safe Ambassadors, we staff full-time outreach specialists who perform a variety of services for our neighbors in need, including wellness checks, transportation services, and connecting individuals to housing, medical, and mental health treatment.
  • We work in tandem with partners such as the Cleveland Division of Police, the County, and the City.
  • Most recently, Mayor Bibb announced his “A Home for Every Neighbor Initiative.” This initiative will provide more resources, increase options, and expedite the housing process for unsheltered residents.
  • We look forward to building on this important work with the Home for Every Neighbor initiative and building a more inclusive and welcoming city.
