MILAWKUEE, WI--- The Cavs 8 game winning streak came to an end after a healthy Bucks team lead by Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard cruised to a 126-116 win Wednesday night in Milwaukee. The 1st quarter was tightly contested, with the Cavs fighting to keep it close towards the end, but ultimately the Cavs would not take a lead all game.

Towards the end of the first half, the Cavs would fight to make it competitive, but it seemed all game that whenever the Cavs got something going, the Bucks would go on a run to make sure the Cavs couldn't come back, the Bucks were led by Antetokounmpo and Lillard, who both had double digit scoring in the first half at 15 and 12 respectively, helping Milwaukee take a 61-51 lead into the locker room at halftime. As the 2nd half started it was much of the same, Cavs cut close, Bucks run away. A bright spot would be Jarrett Allen extending his double-double streak to 13 after scoring 21 points and pulling in 12 rebounds. The Cavs would have a very bright 4th quarter, with guys like Georges Niang and Max Strus stepping up big time, Strus would finish with 14 points making 6 of his 11 shots attempted. Niang was also hot in the 4th, scoring 14 pts, making 2 of his 3 shots attempted from beyond the arc, and 5 of his 7 FGs attempted, but even with Donovan Mitchell's 23 points, the Cavs would fall short, not being able to contain Giannis Antetokounmpo who notched his 9th triple-double of the year, finishing with 35 pts, 10 assists, and 18 rebounds. He was followed close by Damian Lillard with 28 points and 4 assists.
