Board of Revision Now Accepting Property Valuation Complaints

(Cleveland) Property owners in Cuyahoga County who wish to challenge property valuations for the 2023 tax year, can start filing complaint forms. The deadline to file with the County's Board of Revision is April 1st, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. The Board will accept challenge complaint for a number of ways: online via e-file at cuyahogacounty.gov/bor, print a hard copy, which requires a notary stamp, call the board at 216-443-7195, or pick up a form in person at the Board's office on the second floor of the county administration building on East 9th Street. Hearings can be conducted in-person, by phone, or via zoom.
