(Cleveland) - Crime Stoppers of Cuyahoga County is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the person in the picture above, who is considered by Cleveland Police and the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office to be the shooter on Public Square during the annual WinterLand tree lighting ceremony on Saturday, November 25.

In video released by Prosecutor Michael O'Malley, this person is seen firing at a group of people, and then running into Tower City Center.

Cleveland Police that evening responded to a large group of young people who were fighting. Two gunshot victims were found. Two 17-year-old boys were arrested on weapons charges, but one was cleared of involvement in the shootings.

O'Malley said, "thankfully, no one was seriously injured or killed, but I am optimistic that the public is fed up with this situation."
