A 13-year-old Brazilian schoolgirl is dead after sticking her head out of a bus window.
The girl was trying to wave goodbye to her classmates when her head struck a pole.
The bus driver reportedly swerved to avoid oncoming traffic right before she was struck.
She was laid to rest last Thursday.
The driver and bus company have agreed to assist in the ongoing investigation of the incident.
