CLEVELAND - War on the Diamond is a film about one of the oldest rivalries in Professional Sports. The Cleveland Guardians/Indians and the New York Yankees.

War on the Diamond, Directed by Emmy-winner Andy Billman ("Believeland," "The Two Escobars"), speaks to Clevelanders and shows the rivalry's highlights and lowlights. Highlights include George Steinbrenner's failed attempt to buy the Indians, Abbott's no-hitter, the 1997 & 1998 playoff battles, the infamous 2007 "bug" game, and more. The stories told by guests like Jim Abbott, Sandy Alomar, Jr., Marty Appel, Mandy Bell, Sherrod Brown - U.S. Senator (D-OH), Craig Carton, Terry Francona, Bob Feller, Jim Leyritz, Chris "Mad Dog" Russo, Andre Thornton, Tom Verducci, and Lesley Visser.

The movie takes a deeper look into the story of Ray Chapman. The former shortstop for the then-Cleveland Indians. Chapman is a member of the Guardians Hall of fame. Chapman passed away after being hit by a pitch in 1920. He is the only player to pass away from a baseball-related injury.

The baseball documentary "War on the Diamond" is now available nationwide on VOD streaming and cable platforms, including Amazon and Apple/iTunes.
