Violent Fugitive Task Force Makes An Arrest In Downtown Cleveland Building

CLEVELAND - Members of the U.S. Marshal's Violent Fugitive Task Force including a canine unit entered a downtown Cleveland apartment building on Friday after it was determined there was an outstanding warrant for an Iowa man. According to authorities a wellness check was requested for 44-year-old Dennis Arvik and a background check revealed he was wanted by police in Bettendorf, Iowa for Assault and Domestic Violence.

Arvik was arrested without incident and will be extradited to Iowa.
