(North Royalton) - An AMBER Alert has been issued for 12-year-old Tessa Kozelka, who was last seen at 2 a.m. on Monday, April 4 at her home on Deer Creek Drive in North Royalton.
Police say that Tessa left home with a man she called her "boyfriend," Micey Stiver, (see photo above) who is also her stepbrother.
Tessa is white, 5'2", weighs 100 pounds, with hazel eyes, and black hair. She was last seen wearing a red hoodie with black writing on it.
Micey Stiver is 23, white, 5'8", 170 pounds, blue eyes, and black hair.
He drives a gray 2012 Ford Focus, Ohio temporary plate N697141.
Stiver is known to carry a gun, and may be off his meds.
