Chris Rock Responds to Will Smith’s Oscars Slap at Stand-up Show in Boston last night - ‘I’m Still Kind of Processing What Happened’
Rock exclaimed, “Yo, let me do the show!” after a long standing ovation,
“How was your weekend?” he began, with a roar of laughter. “I don’t have a bunch of s—t about what happened, so if you came to hear that, I have a whole show I wrote before this weekend. I’m still kind of processing what happened. So, at some point I’ll talk about that s—t. And it will be serious and funny.”
audience member then chanted “F--k Will Smith!” before Rock continued. “I’m going to tell some jokes. It’s nice to just be out,” he said before beginning his material.
