(Cleveland, OH) - The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Emanuel Howard. Howard is wanted by the United States Marshals Service and the Cleveland Division of Police for felonious assault. It is alleged that on March 10, Howard shot London Brooks, 46, at an address near the 3800 block of E. 71st Street, Cleveland. Howard allegedly shot at Brooks while Brooks was sitting on the front porch of his residence and one of the rounds hit Brooks in the arm.
Howard, 31, is a black male, standing approximately 6 feet 3 inches and weighing 250 lbs.Howard’s last known address is near the 7500 block of Indiana Ave., Cleveland, Ohio. Howard is to be considered armed and dangerous.
