The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Carlos Roman Perez. Perez is wanted by the Cleveland Division of Police for aggravated murder. It is alleged that on May 29, Perez was involved in an incident where Kurt Lentz, 24, was shot and killed on the street near the 3600 block of W.49th Street, Cleveland.
Perez, 26, is a black male, standing approximately 6 feet 1 inch and weighing 180 pounds. Perez’s last known address is near the 4200 block of Wichita Street, Cleveland. Perez is to be considered armed and dangerous.
