Bookworms Rejoice! Local Libraries Will Soon Offer Services Again

(Cleveland) - Something that many of us have missed during stay-at-home orders was the ability to check items out of the library, but that's about to change.

Starting Monday, June 1, the Cleveland Public Library will staff phone lines at all of its branches. The following Monday, June 8, the main library downtown and five branches will open for drive-up and walk-up service only. Items will have to be reserved online or over the phone.

The Cuyahoga County Library is also ready to resume partial service on June 1. The county library system will have drive-up or curbside service at 13 branches. Just like the Cleveland library, you'll have to reserve materials ahead of time, and then you can pick them up.
