The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Joshua Allen. Allen is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Cleveland Division of Police for aggravated robbery. On December 9, 2019 Allen is believed to have committed a home invasion type robbery, with a firearm, in the 2600 block of East 130th St in Cleveland.
Allen, 31, is a black male, standing approximately 6 feet and weighing 230 pounds. Allen has connections to both the east and west sides of Cleveland.Allen should be considered armed and dangerous.
