Port Clinton - The state-wide search for 14-year-old Port Clinton teen Harley Dilly is over.
Authorities are confirming that they have recovered the child, who had been missing for the better part of three weeks.
Dilly was last seen December 20th, heading to school.
A press conference will be held at Noon today, with more information expected to be released at that time.
