The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Dwight Harris. Harris is wanted by the East Cleveland Police Department for Aggravated Murder. It is alleged that on Nov. 16, 2019 Harris shot and killed Reginald Smith, 61, at a convenient store near the 14400 block of Euclid, Ave in East Cleveland.
Harris, 39, is a described as a black male, standing 5 feet 7 inches and weighing 160 pounds. Harris’s last known address is near the 1800 block of Forest Hills Boulevard, East Cleveland. Harris is to be considered armed and dangerous.
