Nicho Fulton Of Euclid, Ohio Arrested On Murder Charges

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania– Members of the U.S. Marshals fugitive task force in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania arrested Nicho Fulton, 26, of Euclid, Ohio.Fulton was the last suspect on the run from a 2015 homicide.

Nicho Fulton, Walter Watkins, David Dillworth, and Andrew Watkins were all wanted for the murder of Nicholas Rowe, who also went by Joshua Luckey, which occurred on November 20, 2015.

Nicho Fulton is accused of fatally shooting Rowe in the back of the head as the two sat in Rowe’s car. Andrew Watkins, Walter Watkins and David Dillworth are accused of helping plan the slaying and burying Rowe’s body.Rowe was buried in a shallow grave in a vacant home on Cleveland’s east side.

The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) investigated the case of all four suspects.Information was gathered that Andrew Watkins and David Dillworth had fled to Atlanta.Both were arrested by the South East Regional Fugitive Task Force on separate occasions.Investigators believed that Walter Watkins and Nichol Fulton fled the Cleveland area and were hiding in Pittsburgh.Walter Watkins was arrested last month by U.S. Marshals in Pittsburgh and early this morning they located and apprehended Fulton without any incident.Prior to his arrest this morning, Fulton fled on foot from officers back in July.

Fulton will remain in the Allegheny County jail until he can be extradited back to Cleveland.

U.S. Marshal Peter Elliott stated, “Our task force will not give up on locating dangerous fugitives like these four individuals, no matter how far or how long they run.They may try run to different cities and different states but they cannot outrun the U.S. Marshals Service.”
