(Cleveland) - Akron police have released surveillance video stills which show the faces of two men whom they say have been using skimmers to rob area residents who use credit or bank debit cards at ATMs.
According to Akron police, the two men placed a skimmer on an area ATM on February 6th, and then used the data from that to fabricate fake bank cards with real account information.
The men were able to use the counterfeit debit cards at businesses all over the Cleveland metro area in the weeks since.
