Cleveland Man Indicted For Selling Fatal Drugs

Cleveland - A Cleveland man was indicted in federal court for selling fentanyl and heroin last year that resulted in a fatal overdose.

Kadeem Davis, 36, was indicted on one count of distribution of fentanyl and heroin, with a sentencing enhancement alleging the sale resulted in death, one count of use of a communication facility in furtherance of drug trafficking and one count of possession of fentanyl and heroin with intent to distribute.

Davis sold a mixture of fentanyl and heroin on August 21st, 2018 that resulted in a fatal overdose, according to the indictment.

Davis on August 22nd, 2018 possessed fentanyl and heroin with the intent of distributing the drugs, according to the indictment.
