CLEVELAND-Freddie Kitchens is unofficially the next head coach of the Cleveland Browns. We say "unofficially" because the Browns have yet to announce any official news on their new head coach or their unofficial new coordinators Steve Wilks (Defensive) or Mike Priefer (Special Teams). The Browns are also actively searching for a new offensive coordinator although Freddie Kitchens is expected to still call plays.

Well until everything becomes official, below are the five things you need to know about Freddie Kitchens from the Cleveland Browns.

Freddie Kitchens, who started the season as the Running Back's coach was promoted to Interim Offensive Coordinator after the midseason firing of Hue Jackson and Todd Haley.

Kitchens was actually the one who started the infamous Hard Knocks argument between Jackson and Haley.

John Dorsey and Jimmy Haslam is expected to announce Kitchens and the coaching staff next week.
