(Parma) - The son of the North Royalton couple found shot to death Sunday was arraigned in Municipal Court this morning. Michael Lucak appeared, before Judge Deanna O'Donnell, in an orange jail jumpsuit and shackles.
Judge O'Donnell set bond at $10-million, the case now goes to the county. It was revealed in court that Lucak was earlier charged with domestic violence against his father.
Lucak is charged with two counts of aggravated murder and burglary, as well as theft. His parents Heather and Dennis Lucak were both found dead at their home over the weekend and police say they appear to have been shot multiple times and locked into their bedroom.
The Cuyahoga County medical examiner determined that the couple died on Saturday night.
