UPDATE 3:20PM: Cleveland police say that little Raniyah May Black was either found or dropped off with a relative by the suspect. Ronald Black is still at large at this writing, but the one month old baby has been taken to University Hospital by the unnamed relative as a precaution.
(Cleveland) - A statewide Amber Alert has been issued after the kidnapping of a one month-old baby girl by her biological father, following a break-in and assault upon the baby's mother.
It happened at the mother's home on Central Avenue on Thursday. The missing baby has been identified as Raniyah May Black. The father and suspect, Ronald Black, is 28 years old, 5'8" and 140 pounds.
Black was last seen on 37th street Thursday, driving a 2010 Chevy Malibu, with Ohio plate #HKY 3562
