TORONTO - WHERE'S WAHOO?? The Tribe took the field last night in Toronto without the beloved/controversial logo on their sleeves.
The decision to go Wahoo-free this weekend, comes partially from a legal challenge back in 2016 when the Indians faced the Blue Jays in the ALCS.
That's when a lawsuit was filed to have the chief and the teams name barred from Canadian TV.
A judge dismissed the case.
The team says they will go back to their regular uniforms when the take on the Rays in Tampa Bay the beginning of next week.
