(Cleveland)-A Cleveland man is now facing 13 charges including animal cruelty in connection with a dog fighting ring. Robert E. Cook is charged with animal abuse and drug possession in connection with his initial arrest back in May. Cook reportedly ran a local dog fighting ring and had 13 dogs seized from his East 96th Street home. Cook is scheduled to be in court August 20th.
