Amber Alert for 2-year old in Danger

Amber Alert

(Ashtabula)- An Amber Alert has been issued for a two year old boy police say was taken by his bi-polar, schizophrenic father.  Officers say Jerome Noble took Antonio Noble and  said he will "either go to prison or die" before giving up his child.  The boy was taken in the 1000 block of West 37th Street in Ashtabula by the father at about 8 p.m. Sunday night.   

Jerome is African-American and is 5'11" weighs 170 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing gray shorts and a gray hat leaving in a mid-size gray vehicle being driven by a female with blonde or light brown hair.  Jerome is believed to be off his medication and said police would have to "rip his child from his arms".  He has a history of drug and alcohol abuse.  

 The two-year old is described as an African-American boy with brown hair and brown eyes.  He was taken without a shirt or diaper.
