Cleveland - The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of Tyrone Bell and Samika Williams. Bell and Williams are wanted by the United States Marshals Service and the Cleveland Division of Police for their involvement in attacking a 34-year-old woman outside a Cleveland nightclub and intentionally running over her leg with a car. Tyrone Bell., 29, is charged with kidnapping and Samika Williams, 23, is charged with felonious assault. Bell is also considered a violator at large with the Ohio Adult Parole Authority.
Bell, is a black male, standing approximately 5 feet 5 inches and weighing 145 pounds.
Williams is a black female, standing approximately 5 feet 7 inches and weighing 160 pounds.
Bell and Williams last known address was the 8800 Block of Maywood Ave., Cleveland. Bell is to be considered armed and dangerous.
