An Accused Cleveland Killer Is Cuffed

(Cleveland) - A man wanted for the murder this week of his live-in girlfriend on Cleveland's west side has been taken into custody.

Members of the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive task Force arrested sixty-two year old Lowell Harris Friday at a residence on Royalton Road in Columbia Station.

Harris is accused of shooting fifty-seven year old Holly Watkins in the neck at their home on Emery Avenue in Cleveland's Bellaire-Puritas neighborhood.  Watkins was discovered dead Tuesday.
