(Cleveland)  --  Northeast Ohio's air quality is among the worst in the nation.  The American Lung Association's "State of the Air" report gives the Cleveland-Akron metro area a failing grade for ozone pollution.  Data collected in 2016 ranked the region tenth in the number of unhealthy days caused by smog.  Los Angeles topped the list.
