GOODYEAR, Ariz. -- On Tuesday morning the Indians agreed to a Minor League contract with veteran slugger Mike Napoli. Napoli spent 2016 with the Tribe and will join the big league club in spring camp.
The deal will become official upon Napoli passing a physical. He is expected to meet with the media on Wednesday. Tuesday morning however, manager Terry Francona spoke about the addition of Napoli, having him back and what it means for the club.
