Owner Jimmy Haslam has repeatedly said that Hue Jackson will return as the Browns coach in 2018, yet it seems to be an unpopular decision with many Browns fans. There have been reports speculating that Jackson might have an escalator clause if he were to be fired before his third season with the Browns. Whatever the reason, Jackson is in the process of adding to his coaching staff.
