Police in two eastern suburbs are investigating a rash of burglaries in their communities. Nearly 20 break-ins have been reported since April in Willowick and Wickliffe, with thieves taking jewelry and electronics. Police are reminding residents to keep their homes and vehicles locked to prevent themselves from becoming victims.
